Q. What do I do first to get my vehicle repaired?

A. Call in your claim to the liable insurance company.


Q. Is my vehicle capable of being driven?

A. Can you pass a state inspection? Does everything function like normal? If the answer is no to any of these questions, your car is not only unsafe to drive, but illegal.


Q. How can I get a rental vehicle?

A. Contact your insurance company. If you are not comfortable driving your car, let the insurance company know.


Q. Is it my responsibility to collect estimates?

A. You have the ability to pick your shop and offer your insurance an estimate. They can either accept or reject it.


Q. What is a deductible?

A. A deductible is written in your policy and what you will pay when you pick up your vehicle upon completion.


Q. Does my vehicle need to be towed?

A. Check for leaking fluid, bent wheels, etc. If your vehicle does not drive like normal or you are uncomfortable driving it, your insurance will pay for towing to a shop of your choice.


Q. Can I drop off my vehicle after hours?

A. Yes, an after hour key drop is located at our entrance.


Q. What does A/M mean?

A. These are new parts but not from the manufacturer.


Q. What does recycle parts mean?

A. These are used parts from a vehicle just like yours.
